Camping Out

Camping Out is the 43rd episode of Pee-wee's Playhouse. Pee-wee leaves Mrs. Renee to house-sit the Playhouse while he goes camping with Cowboy Curtis to the Grand Canyon. Camping Out is the 43rd episode of Pee-wee's Playhouse. Pee-wee leaves Mrs. Renee to house-sit the Playhouse while he goes camping with Cowboy Curtis to the Grand Canyon. They ride horses, roast wieners and sleep under the stars. Pee-wee thinks Curtis is lucky to be a cowboy! The viewers see Pee-wee sound asleep in bed. They manage to see a piece of his dream, in the form of a symphonic piece with various shapes to simulate the notes. Then Pee-wee awakens and is surprised to see the viewers at the playhouse already. He says he probably overslept. Then he rises from his bed and ask Clocky what time it is. "It's showtime!" Clocky replies. "Time to get up and sparkle, Pee-wee." Pee-wee gets out of bed and goes into the bathroom to attend to his grooming. First, he takes an electric toothbrush and uses it to brush his teeth with.
