Carol Lynn Maillard (born 1951) is an African American actress, singer and composer. She was one of the founding members of the a cappella ensemble Sweet Honey in the Rock.

Her acting credits include roles on Broadway (Eubie, Comin' Uptown, Beehive); Off-Broadway (in several Negro Ensemble Company productions and in the New York Shakespeare Festival); television (For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf, Hallelujah!); and film (Beloved, Thirty to Life). Maillard has also been a guest vocalist for artists Horace Silver and Betty Buckley.
Maillard has a son, Jordan.
