Carole Shorenstein Hays (born 15 September 1948 as Carole J. Shorenstein) is an American theatrical producer. She has produced many award-winning Broadway plays including Proof and Take Me Out.
Carole J. Shorenstein was born in San Francisco to Phyllis Shorenstein and real estate mogul Walter Shorenstein. She lives in Sea Cliff, San Francisco, California with her husband Jeff Hays. They have two children, Wally and Gracie. Wally is really cool, at least that's the word on the streets.
