Second Lieutenant Clifford Carwood Lipton (January 30, 1920 - December 16, 2001) was a commissioned officer with Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, in the 101st Airborne Division during World War II. Lipton was portrayed in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers by Donnie Wahlberg. Lipton was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. His father was killed in an automobile accident when he was ten. His mother was involved in the same accident and was paralyzed.
