The building is managed by Cathay Organisation Holdings Limited, under its subsidiary company of Cathay Cineleisure International. The mall has a mix of tenants which include a food court in the basement, an Apple Computer shop run by Club 21, Burger King, KFC, Long John Silver's, Subway, Yoshinoya, a section of youth themed shops on the second floor known as L2.
