Cathy Ann Turner (born April 10, 1962, Rochester, New York) is an American short track speed skater, who won gold medals at the 1992 Winter Olympics and 1994 Winter Olympics. Turner was the American short-track champion in 1979, but failed to make the U.S. team for the 1980 Winter Olympics.
