Cecilie Thomsen (born 29 October 1974 on Bogø, Denmark) is a Danish actress and model.
She is internationally best known for playing professor Inga Bergstorm opposite Pierce Brosnan in the James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies.
She is also known for her 12 years long relationship to the Canadian rock singer Bryan Adams, ending in 2002. She also starred in Adams' 1995 music video, "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" directed by Anton Corbijn.

Thomsen graduated from the Actors Studio Drama School at New School University, in 2001 and studied dance at Alvin Ailey. She has an MFA in Dramatic Arts.
She played in duo with Henning Moritzen in the Danish segment of short film collection Visions of Europe. The segment is called "Europe doesn't exist" and it was directed by Christoffer Boe.
