Chanakya National Law University

The Bihar Government has established Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) to provide quality legal education along the lines of the established National Law Schools, such as NLSIU Bangalore, NUJS Kolkata, NALSAR Hyderabad, . The Chief Justice of Patna High Court is the ex-officio Chancellor of the university. Presently, the position is held by chief justice Hon`ble Justice Miss Rekha Manharlal Doshit.
