Chang Chen (; born 14 October, 1976) is a Taiwan actor, born in Taipei. His name is sometimes seen in the Western order (Chen Chang).
He is the son of a Taiwanese actor Zhang Guozhu (張國柱) and brother of a Taiwanese actor, Zhang Han (張翰).
