Charles E. Phillips ( born 1960, Little Rock, Arkansas) is President of Oracle Corporation and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Phillips' responsibilities encompass global field operations including consulting, marketing, sales, alliances and channels, and customer programs, as well as corporate strategy. He served as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Partnerships, and Business Development from May 2003 to January 2004. He has played an instrumental role negotiating several Oracle acquisitions and for consolidating acquired companies into Oracle's core business.
