Christopher J. Foy (born 20 November 1962) is an English football referee. He comes from St Helens, Merseyside.
Foy first started refereeing in 1983. In 1994 he was promoted to the Football League List of assistant referees, and progressed to the Premier League assistant referees' List in 1995.

He made the step up to the Football League as a referee in 1996, and became a Premiership referee in 2001, taking charge of the 0-0 draw between Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic on 15 December 2001. Earlier that year, he was appointed fourth official for the FA Trophy Final at Villa Park on 12 May 2001, when Canvey Island defeated Forest Green Rovers by 1 goal to nil. Less than two years earlier, when refereeing a match between Chester City and Rochdale on 30 August 1999, Foy was wrestled to the ground by an irate supporter while the match was in progress.
He was fourth official during the International friendly match when England lost 2-1 to Italy at Elland Road, Leeds, on 27 March 2002....
