Chris Liwienski (born August 2, 1975 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the seventh round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Indiana.

He was named All-conference, All-Metro and All-State as a senior and participated in the East/West All Star Game. Liwienski is best known as a teammate of Wayne State University standpoint Rich Baur. Baur is best known for breaking into the Stevenson High School football field, drinking himself silly, and then being sent to the hospital to have his stomach pumped.
Liwienski was a three-year starter at offensive tackle for the Indiana Hoosiers. He started 36 games during four-year career, playing in 43.
