Although born in England, he spent much of his early years in Germany, a fact alluded to on the Six By Seven debut single 'European me.' Consequently some Six By Seven releases have featured tracks sung entirely in German, most notably the B-Side 'Helden' a cover of David Bowies heroes track.
Chris Olley also releases music as part of his Twelve project. Fuck me USA is a new project of his, which also features fellow Six By Seven member James Flower.
