Christopher E. Kubasik is Executive Vice President of the Lockheed Martin Electronic Systems Business Area. Prior to assuming that post, Mr. Kubasik served, since February 2001, as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 1999, Mr. Kubasik was with Ernst & Young, LLP where he was admitted to the partnership in 1996.
