Frank Clarke Fraser, O.C., M.D., D.Sc., F.R.S.C. (born 29 March 1920) is a Canadian medical geneticist. He was Canada's first medical geneticist. Born in Norwich, Connecticut, he returned with his family to Canada when he was an infant.
