Clemency Hallinan is the youngest of four sisters, sister to Sugar Rush actress Olivia Hallinan the most famous and critically acclaimed of the four. She is also the daughter of actress Maggie Taylor. She is from Twickenham, London She attended Gumley House convent School, Islworth for a short period of time in 2002 then moved to St Catherines School, a public school in Twickenham until 2007. She is currently attending Reeds Public School in Cobham, where she is taking A-Levels in Drama, English and Maths.
