Cleo Lemon, Jr. (born August 16, 1979 in Greenwood, Mississippi) is an American football quarterback who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2002. He played college football at Arkansas State.

Lemon was a four-year letterman (1997-2000) at Arkansas State, where he played in 42 games during his career. In his four seasons, Lemon completed 551 of 1,128 passes for 7,706 yards with 48 touchdowns and 33 interceptions. He is the school's all-time leader for pass attempts, completions, passing yards and touchdown passes.
