Climax Group is a British independent video game development company. It was founded by Karl Jeffery in 1988 and is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Former studio Climax Racing (formerly Climax Brighton) was acquired by Disney Interactive Studios and rebranded Black Rock Studios. Climax is now a single studio, the Portsmouth-based Climax Studios.
