Margaret (Posey) is the polar opposite to Iris and a catalyst to help her change and speak up for herself. Paula (Kudrow) eagerly awaits post-work Happy Hours and the chance to hook up with the company's executives. And Jane (Ubach) is engaged to marry a jerk who is already cheating on her.
