The school's former President, Dr. Christine Johnson, was placed on administrative leave and eventually fired in June 2007 after allegations surfaced that she improperly authorized an adjunct faculty member to teach a math and a physics class, directed the school's CFO to underreport the school's reserves, and did not ensure that the school's financial reporting was accurate and timely. The United States Department of Education is currently investigating allegations of financial aid fraud at the school.
