Crimson II is the eighth full-length studio album by the Swedish death metal band Edge of Sanity, released by Black Mark Productions on August 26, 2003. The album consists of one 43-minute-long song, split into nine movements because Black Mark asked the band to split it up into 44 sections to allow listeners to listen through the album more easily.
It was performed almost entirely by Dan Swanö, who played five instruments on the recording those being; vocals, guitars, bass, drums and keyboards. He also had several friends help out, including Roger Johansson and Jonas Granvik on growling vocals, and Mike Wead on lead guitars. The album was dedicated in memory of Chuck Schuldiner and Lillägna.
