Originally scheduled for release in mid-2006, it was rescheduled for the end of 2007, then "sometime" in 2008 . In November 2007, he reported that the album was "65 percent, maybe 70 percent done" . It is now scheduled to be released in 2010.

Before recording the album, Lil Jon severed his negotiation with record label TVT. The self-proclaimed "King of Crunk" has settled his dispute with his label. Two years ago, Jon vowed to never record for TVT Records again, citing that TVT owner Steve Gottlieb was shortchanging him
