The Cypress String Quartet is a professional classical chamber music ensemble formed in 1996 in San Francisco, California, where they currently reside. Members include Cecily Ward and Tom Stone, violins; Ethan Filner, viola; Jennifer Kloetzel, cello. In addition to performing around the world the Cypress has been Quartet-in-Residence at San Jose State University since 2003.
