Dafydd Rhys James (born 24 July 1975 in Mufulira, Zambia) is a Welsh international rugby union footballer who plays on the wing or in the centre. He toured with the British and Irish Lions in 2001. He has earned 45 caps for Wales and three for the British & Irish Lions. His previous clubs include Llanelli, Bridgend, Pontypridd and Harlequins before joining Llanelli Scarlets in 2005.
