He is a graduate of the High School no. 10, Timişoara (1970), the Post Secondary School of Foreign Trade, Bucharest (1972), Faculty of Phylology, Department for Romanian-English Languages and Literatures, West University of Timişoara (1978). He settled in Montreal in 1980 and gets the Canadian Citizenship.
Since 1986, he is a teacher of English Language, at the English sectors of the Commission des écoles catholiques de Montréal (CECM). Since 1992, he teaching English at Marymount Academy, Adult Education Center, a part of English Montreal School Board.
He takes active part in the activities organized by the Romanian Community in Montreal and other cities of Canada and USA.
