Dan Halsted (born July 12, 1962) is an American film producer and manager.
Halsted began his career as an assistant to Scott Rudin before becoming an agent at United Talent Agency. At United Talent Agency he packaged projects such as There's Something About Mary, New Jack City, The Fabulous Baker Boys, RoboCop, and The Untouchables.

On his own he found commercial and critical success as a producer for S.W.A.T, The Virgin Suicides, The Art of War, The Corruptor, Freeway, Serving Sara, Beyond Borders, and Garden State.
