Daniel Pfeiffer (born Dec. 24, 1975, Wilmington, Del.) is an American political worker and currently Barack Obama's deputy communications director. He was previously a member of Obama's presidential transition team.
In 2000, he was a spokesperson for Vice-President Al Gore. He has since worked for Senators Tim Johnson (U.S. Senator), Tom Daschle, and Evan Bayh, and was communications director for the Obama campaign.

In July 16, 2006, Pfeiffer married Sarah Feinberg, a senior adviser and spokeswoman for Obama chief of staff Rahm Emanuel and is also an avid apiarist.
