Dave McArtney is a New Zealand musician and songwriter. He has a BA in English, majoring in Renaissance poetry. He first came to prominence as a member of the band Hello Sailor. He formed the Pink Flamingos after the demise of Hello Sailor and Dragon.
He was music director and composed music for the film Queen City Rocker in 1986.
He released the solo album Hook in 2003.
