David Hoggan

David Leslie Hoggan (March 23, 1923 – August 7, 1988) was an American historical writer, author of The Forced War: When Peaceful Revision Failed and other works in the German and English languages. Hoggan was born in Portland, Oregon, and received his education at Reed College and Harvard University.
