David M. Stern is an American television writer. He is the brother of actor Daniel Stern, and worked with his brother on The Wonder Years. He has also written several episodes of The Simpsons and Monk. He was also a production assistant on the film Mystic Pizza. He is developing Ugly Americans, a cartoon for Comedy Central, set to premiere early in 2010. He has written the following Simpsons episodes:
