Some of the ladies can be very picky and she wants things to be just right. Sookie seems to understand while Lorelai, naturally, just wants her mother to make a decision before the end of the calendar year. Sookie suggest Emily try the mushroom as it is Jackson's -- her fiancￃﾩ's -- favorite. They begin to talk about her upcoming wedding when Michel walks up.
