After the attempted theft of his daughter's (Judi Gibbs) husband's car (Dan Grimaldi), LAPD Captain Gibbs (Hoyt Axton) declares war on master car thief Maindrian Pace (H.B 'Toby' Halicki). Deadline Auto Theft was a piecemeal effort by Halacki to incorporate the opening chase of The Junkman into the film Gone in 60 Seconds.
