Desmond Howard

Desmond Kevin Howard (born May 15, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a former American football wide receiver, punt returner, and kickoff returner. He played for the University of Michigan Michigan Wolverines football Wolverines from 1989–1991 and won the Heisman Trophy in 1991.
