Archer and Mayweather are detained by the Tandarans in a Suliban internment camp. Learning of the Suliban's persecution by the Tandarans, Archer enlists the aid of Enterprise and his crew.
Mayweather awakens slowly in a prison cell. He sees Archer next to him, unconscious. Mayweather gets up and goes to the door, opening it cautiously. He sees two Suliban walk along the corridor outside and ducks back.
Mayweather explores the prison area and finds at least 30 Suliban in a food preparation area before returning to his cell to report to the now-conscious Archer. Archer asks if there is a clue as to who attacked their shuttlepod but there is none. Archer assists Mayweather to look out of the windows, set high in the wall.
