The 2003 action film Detention, directed by Sidney J. Unfortunately, drug runners have chosen to attack the school. Sam must band together the trouble makers and misfits in detention to defeat the criminals and stay alive. Sam Decker (Dolph Lundgren) is a former soldier who took a job teaching in his neighborhood after retiring from military service, only to find that his efforts seem to make no difference to the students in his tough inner city school.
