Very little is known about the background of Sheriff Don Lamb. What little is known includes cryptic comments that hint towards Lamb being physically and/or emotionally abused by his father while growing up and that Lamb attending college on an athletic scholarship for a year before a knee injury resulted in his scholarship being revoked, forcing Lamb to drop out.
