John Douglas Andrew Lidster (born October 18, 1960 in Kamloops, British Columbia) is a retired Canadian ice hockey defenceman who played in the NHL. An offensive-minded rearguard, Lidster was known as an excellent power play quarterback who constantly helped his team's transition game with his ability to carry the puck out of his own zone.
