Doug Roxburgh (born December 28, 1951) is a Canadian accountant, champion amateur golfer, and golf administrator. He has won the Canadian Amateur Championship four times, the B.C. Amateur Championship a record 13 times, and is a member of the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame.

Roxburgh was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He learned golf as a youth, and was runner-up in the Canadian Junior Championship in 1967 at age 15. He scored his first important success in the 1969 B.C. Junior Championship, and repeated his win in that event the next year. He also won the first of his 13 B.C. Amateur Championships in 1969.
Roxburgh won the Canadian Junior Championship by six strokes in 1970. He attended the University of Oregon on a golf scholarship for two years, beginning in 1970, studying commerce, but left to complete his degree at Simon Fraser University.
