Dwight Palmer Griswold (November 27, 1893–April 12, 1954) was an American politician who served as the Governor of Nebraska from 1940 to 1946 and U.S. Senator from 1952 to 1954. He was a Republican.
Griswold was born in Harrison, Nebraska. He attended public schools in Gordon, Nebraska, Kearney Military Academy, and Nebraska Wesleyan University. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in 1914.
