In 2004, Sanders moved to the United States with his wife and son. He soon was hired to work on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. During the summer of 2007, Sanders hosted the six episode run of National Bingo Night on ABC.
Sanders currently works as a carpenter on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. He has been injured a few times while working, including attempting to heal a popped blister using aftershave due to its alcoholic properties.
