eefoof.com was founded in 2006 by Kevin Flynn of Peanut Butter Jelly Time fame. While watching various media sites copy and profit from his creation, he thought of a way for authors of original content to make money from their work without signing any exclusive contracts. He approached long time friend Matt Farley, a web developer based in Sacramento, to help him achieve his dream.
