Elizabeth Spriggs (18 September 1929 – 2 July 2008) was an Olivier Award-winning and BAFTA Award-nominated English character actress. Born in Buxton as Elizabeth Jean Williams, Spriggs' longest role on British television was as Nan on Shine on Harvey Moon.
