Elize du Toit (born 5 September 1981 in Grahamstown, South Africa) is a British based South African actress best known for playing the role of Izzy Davies in the Channel 4 Soap Opera Hollyoaks from 2000 to 2004, with a brief return in 2007.

In 2000, whilst studying for a history degree at the University of Edinburgh she took part in the Hollyoaks "On the Pull" auditions, and subsequently beat 10,000 other hopefuls for a part in the show. She was cast as the character Izzy Cornwell an upper class, attractive blonde who studied at the local college.
After leaving Hollyoaks in 2004 to pursue work in film, she was cast in several new roles.
