ersguterjunge is the label of German rapper Bushido and a sublabel of Sony BMG. It was founded by D-Bo and Bushido in 2004, after he left the indie label Aggro Berlin. Bushido is the managing director.
Rapper Saad was involved in recording Bushido's album Electro Ghetto in 2004 and was since then part of his crew. One year later, Carlo, Cokxxx, Nutten 2, a collaboration between Bushido and Saad, was released and hit #3 on the German charts.

Bass Sultan Hengzt was signed in 2005, but left shortly after the release of his album Rap braucht immer noch kein Abitur. DJ Ilan and DJ Devin also left, due to personal issues, and were replaced by producers Chakuza and DJ Stickle, alias Beatlefield. Chakuza's album Suchen & Zerstören was released in April 2006 and peaked at #50 on the German charts.
Two more artists were signed little later: Screwaholic, a producer, and Bizzy Montana, a rapper and producer. The album Blackout by Bizz Montana and Chakuza was release in October 2006.
