In a strategy to garner interest and funding, Goldberg created a pre-pre-production trailer for Jay and Seth vs. The Apocalypse, a film he is now working on with Rogen. They are also co-writing and co-producing a remake of The Green Hornet, due out in 2010.
In April 2008, Empire reported that Goldberg and Seth Rogen will write an episode for the animated television series The Simpsons.
