F. Timothy Richards is the vice president, Electronics Group of Delphi. He is also a member of the Delphi Strategy Board, the company's top policy-making group.Richards began his automotive career with General Motors Corporation, in 1972, as a cooperative education student at the former Packard Electric Division in Warren, Ohio. While at Packard, Richards was a product engineer and a supervisor of manufacturing/quality control.
