Faruk Ahmed (Bengali: ফারুক আহমেদ) (born July 24, 1966, in Dhaka) is a former Bangladeshi cricketer who played in 7 ODIs from 1988 to 1999. A right hand middle order bat, he mostly batted at No. 3, but he could open the batting if necessary.

Overall, he scored 69 runs in 3 innings (Avg. 23.00). 4 years later, leading the side, he had a disappointing time with the bat in Kenya. He scored 114 runs at an average of 19.00.
