Perhaps best known for the discovery of artists such as Sigur Rós, Múm, Animal Collective, Frightened Rabbit and The Twilight Sad as well as being instrumental in the re-emergence of Vashti Bunyan.
Fat Cat has several series they release music across: Splinter Series, Split Series, 7” Series, and E-RMX, amongst others. They also have a sublabel called 130701, which was set-up to release more more orchestrated and instrumental material.
