After getting home they start to fight and Red tells him to stop acting like a big shot and Eric leaves. Later when Eric asks him why he yelled at him Red tells him that he's better than Price Mart and he shouldn't get a big head because he was employee of the month and that he's proud of him. Eric agrees and asks Red to kill him if he stays at Price Mart until he reaches his age.
