Fjoergyn is a German metal band formed in 2003. Currently it consists of three members. Their name comes from Fjörgyn, the name of a goddess associated with the earth in Norse mythology.
On 29 March 2005 they released their debut album Ernte Im Herbst on the record label Black Attakk. It is a concept album about nature's revenge against mankind. They used a drum machine since they had no drummer at the time of the recording.
